About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and departmental reports;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports;
  • Assisting with special projects and events as needed;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
