About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and departmental reports;
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports;
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
