Administrative Operations Coordinator

About the Role

In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

  • Manage accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the invoicing cycle, from preparation to delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of annual and infra-annual documentation.
  • Provide vital support for shareholder reporting activities.
  • Contribute to various administrative tasks, leveraging your expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Accounting Management: Oversee all aspects of accounting, including financial statement preparation and management.
  • Active and Passive Invoicing Cycle: Assist in the creation, review, and distribution of invoices.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of both annual and infra-annual documentation.
  • Supporting Research Projects: Provide administrative assistance to research projects as needed.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.
  • An analytical approach and passion for working with numbers.
