About the RoleIn this key position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
- Manage accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the invoicing cycle, from preparation to delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive records of annual and infra-annual documentation.
- Provide vital support for shareholder reporting activities.
- Contribute to various administrative tasks, leveraging your expertise and attention to detail.
As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Accounting Management: Oversee all aspects of accounting, including financial statement preparation and management.
- Active and Passive Invoicing Cycle: Assist in the creation, review, and distribution of invoices.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of both annual and infra-annual documentation.
- Supporting Research Projects: Provide administrative assistance to research projects as needed.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.
- An analytical approach and passion for working with numbers.
