The Role
This role will provide administrative support to assigned attorneys, including daily tasks, document management, and travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for promoting confidentiality and collaborating with the accounting team to generate invoices.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring, scheduling, document management, and travel arrangements.
- Proactively learn internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests.
- Promote confidentiality of company and client information.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to generate, edit, and post client invoices.
Requirements
- Professional communication skills with ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff.
