This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain confidentiality. You will be responsible for managing our Founder's daily calendar, scheduling meetings, and making recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.

Job Description Overview:

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our team. They will be responsible for providing administrative support, including but not limited to:

  • Managing daily calendars, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Assisting with accounting tasks, including expense reports and invoices.
  • Providing IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining computer equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and ensuring confidentiality.

The successful candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent English skills (Mother Tongue or Bilingual); fluent in Italian.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and flexible to work weekends and/or schedule changes.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to help where needed.
  • Professional discretion required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Drive, and Zoom.
