As an Administrative Coordinator with Autodoclogistics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and support services. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Integration Management: Oversee recruitment processes, maintain employee dashboards, and update organizational charts to ensure accurate staffing and structure.
• Team Equipment Management: Manage inventory, procure work clothing and equipment, collaborate with central operations, and track distribution and usage.
• Vehicle Fleet Administration: Coordinate vehicle rentals, track schedules, manage fuel card distribution, and handle vehicle accidents.
• Field Feedback and Customer Support Management: Identify website functionality issues, handle customer complaints, and monitor catalog content accuracy.
• General Administrative Support: Process invoices, organize travel arrangements, and provide comprehensive support to subsidiary managers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
• Experience in customer service and managing client inquiries, with an aptitude for handling escalations and sensitive issues.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative to improve processes and manage resources.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with remote teams.
