Job Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative projects, including design, planning, implementation, and communication. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with our overall strategy and goals.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing administrative support to our assigned team, ensuring that projects are fully monitored and delivered on time.
- Acting as a hub of communication for the team and stakeholders regarding all processes, guidelines, and services specific to the department.
- Managing projects, promotional events, communication materials, internal and external events, and donations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders (i.e., Marketing, Finance, Medical) to oversee project values and liaise with the Finance team for investment planning, managing critical issues with appropriate solutions.
- Performing periodic analysis and supporting the team to ensure that the disease budgets within the function are harmonized and aligned with our overall strategy.
- Handling complex administrative and organizational assignments independently, providing guidelines to the assigned team when needed.
- Effectively managing service vendors to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Acting as an ambassador of ethical business practices, advising and supporting the team on processes, guidelines, and services specific to the function.
- Proactively engaging suppliers to ensure that on-site client expectations are met through high levels of customer service.
You Will Be Expected To:
- Have a high school or university degree.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in multinational companies.
- Show strong digital attitude and project management skills.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrate project and operational excellence.
- Exhibit good stakeholder management.
