  2. Service Coordination: Coordination of internal and external teams responsible for services, considering budget constraints.
  3. Activity Organization: Organization and control of activities to meet business needs.
  4. Utility Supervision: Supervision and assurance of the proper functioning of utilities: heating and cooling systems, electrical, water, fire protection, gas, and compressed air systems.
  5. Supplier Coordination: Coordination of external suppliers and services (cleaning, waste management, reception, mail security, internal logistics, canteen).
  6. Site Management: Support in managing current and under-construction sites.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative tasks (entering purchase requests into the management system).
