About the Role
The Administrative Finance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in organizing and summarizing monthly invoices, reconciling bank statements, and handling communications with suppliers. The ideal candidate will also provide administrative support for day-to-day financial tasks, prepare reports, and track payments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and summarizing monthly invoices to be issued and manage basic invoicing tasks using platforms such as Aruba or Fatture in Cloud.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and assist in monitoring daily cash flow.
- Handle communications with suppliers via phone to manage basic inquiries.
- Help maintain and update the archive of financial documents and records.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with basic office tools, such as Excel, Google Suite, or similar platforms.
