Aresys srl is looking for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join its FINANCE area. The selected candidate will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for managing financial and administrative tasks, including financial statement preparation, analytical accounting management, accounts payable and receivable cycle monitoring, and purchase order handling.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pre-tax financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage analytical accounting systems for project-based business operations.
  • Monitor the accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Supervise and manage company contracts, supporting their preparation, review, and archiving.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to company operations.
  • Handle the purchase order process from request to supplier management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes.
