Reservation Supervisor

Italian Hospitality Collection is seeking a highly skilled Reservation Supervisor to join our team at the 5-Star Curio Collection by Hilton in Florence. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for maximizing room nights, ADR, and rooms revenue, while ensuring quality assurance based on Brand standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the reservations team, including hiring and training new employees as needed.
- Oversee the reservation process, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of reservations while meeting all deadlines.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with the revenue department to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitive advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of travel industry experience in an assistant or agent role.
- Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must be an EU Citizen or possess an Italian work visa.
- Highly computer literate.
- Minimum of 2 years in a reservations or operations position.
- Current experience with an international branded hotel group.
- Additional language (French or German would be considered a plus).
