We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Supervisor to join our team at the Italian Hospitality Collection in Florence. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for maximizing room nights, ADR, and rooms revenue, while ensuring quality assurance based on Brand standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the reservations team, including hiring and training new employees as needed.
- Oversee the reservation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling reservations and meeting deadlines.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Department to create and execute special promotional programs and business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure profitable sales in periods of low and high demand.
- Supervise the reservations department staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- A minimum of 3 years of travel industry experience in an assistant or agent role.
- Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must be an EU Citizen or possess an Italian work visa.
- A minimum of 2 years in a reservations or operations position.
- Current experience with an international branded hotel group.
- Additional language (French or German would be considered a plus).
- Confident use of Hilton systems (OnQPM).
