Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservation Supervisor to join our team at the 5* Curio Collection by Hilton in Florence. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for maximizing room nights, ADR, and rooms revenue, while ensuring quality assurance based on Brand standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the reservations team to achieve revenue targets and improve market share
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase room nights and ADR
  • Ensure accurate and timely reservations processing
  • Collaborate with the revenue department to identify business opportunities and implement promotions
  • Monitor and report on business trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of travel industry experience in an assistant or agent role
  • Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Must be an EU Citizen or possess an Italian work visa

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly computer literate
  • Minimum of 2 years in a reservations or operations position
  • Current experience with an international branded hotel group
  • Additional language (French or German would be considered a plus)
