Key Responsibilities- Support senior colleagues in the day-to-day activities of the markets division, providing insights and expertise to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and develop new products and services.

- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services.

- Train and mentor junior colleagues.
As a sales and trading graduate, you'll have the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of the global markets, build your communication, quantitative, and analytical skills, and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of sales and trading.
You'll work closely with senior colleagues to develop solutions to clients' needs, monitor markets, and formulate trade ideas. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in training and development programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge.
RequirementsTo be considered for this programme, you must be motivated and curious with a degree or expected degree in any area. Language requirements: fluent in English and Italian, desirable in German, French, Spanish, or other.
Ideally, you will have an interest in business and finance, a good work ethic, and be keen to learn and develop a technical skill set.
Working in MilanMilan is the capital of the Lombardy region, located in the heart of the Po Valley. As a member of our international finance team, you'll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
