Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through direct problem-solving, instrument installation, and training.
- You will monitor system performance and measure selected KPIs.
- You will provide direct support to customers in cooperation with sales teams or internal support channels.
Requirements
- Masters degree in relevant field (Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering).
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
