Job Title: Security Manager Cross Country

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our employees, resources, and information against criminal risks across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with global corporate security policies.
  • Collaborate with site leadership teams and cross-functional teams to provide security guidance and support.
  • Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify security breaches and improve security standards.
  • Manage and coordinate security programs, including physical security, employee security, and information security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business partnership role at a manufacturing location and 10 years of overall security experience.
  • Proven success with global security management frameworks and skills.
  • Excellent analytical and proactive thinking skills.
  • Impact and influence, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
