About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing process engineering responsibilities, addressing increased workload and project complexity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective maintenance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of process engineering responsibilities and drive process improvements
- Address increased workload and project complexity through effective project management and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective maintenance protocols and address equipment challenges
- Provide essential support for product development, particularly in the prototype phase
- Ensure smooth launches for complex new products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries
- Technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods, including flow, layout, assembly, and production equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and streamline processes
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
