YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and inquisitive individual to join our Operations Headquarters.

As a Production Supervisor Manager, you will have the chance to oversee a highly intricate Manufacturing Department, ensuring the maintenance of exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee efficiency and OEE KPIs
  • Manage production scheduling, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to meet required levels
  • Monitor quality KPIs
  • Manage absenteeism
  • Apply delegation mechanisms effectively
  • Ensure the quality of parts produced in your area
  • Analyze indicators related to auxiliary material costs (maintenance, indirect materials, scrap costs, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to allocate an adequate percentage of the department's capacity for new product development activities, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules
  • Possess advanced knowledge of work cycles and methodologies
  • Understand specific procedures and management references to address environmental emergencies
  • Be knowledgeable about operational procedures for safety interventions with significant potential risks

  • You hold a Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
  • You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in complex environments, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Unit Manager, or similar roles
  • You have knowledge of primary mechanical and chemical processes
  • You are skilled in Project Management and Lean Production methodologies
  • You understand both productive and non-productive KPIs within a business unit
  • You have strong IT and numerical skills
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are proficient in reporting
  • You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You possess strong People Management abilities
  • You are adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing environment
  • You embrace challenges and take your responsibilities seriously
