Job Title: GBS Service Delivery Master Data Senior Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract 1 Year)

Key Responsibilities and Activities

The role will be responsible for the following key activities:

  1. Creation and management of accounting master data, including GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, P&L matrices, WBS, and WBE.
  2. Management of customer and vendor master data activities.
  3. Support for material master data activities involving creation and modification in SAP of new products.
  4. Identification and deployment of controls to ensure data integrity.
  5. Proactive management of potential risks in master data accuracy.
  6. Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and implementation.
  7. Engagement with Campari Legal Entities to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  8. Coordination and management of BPO (business process outsourcer) to guarantee service levels agreed.

Education and Professional Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines (Economic/Business Administration/Accounting, Financial Management).
  2. Previous relevant experience in Master Data field (Finance or Supply Chain).
  3. Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. SAP knowledge.
  5. Fluent English is a mandatory requirement.
