About the Role

The Master Data Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of new ways of working and ensuring the quality and timeliness of tasks in scope, consistent with Group guidelines and the GBS model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting master data, including GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, P&L matrices, WBS, and WBE.
  • Oversee customer and vendor master data activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support material master data activities, including creation and modification of new products in SAP.
  • Identify and deploy controls to guarantee data integrity.
  • Proactively manage potential risks in master data accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and ensure implementation.
  • Engage with Campari Legal Entities to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Coordinate and manage BPO services to guarantee service levels agreed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines (Economic/Business Administration/Accounting, Financial Management).
  • Previous relevant experience in Master Data field (Finance or Supply Chain).
  • Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Fluent English is a mandatory requirement.
