Our Commercial Real Estate Division (CRE) is a key business line of Global Banking, responsible for providing financing solutions for professional investors in office, logistics, retail, hotel, and other real estate sectors. We have extensive relationships with real estate brokers, appraisers, rating agencies, debt providers, insurers, and lawyers.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our CRE division, you will be responsible for underwriting and structuring commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including cash flow modeling and deal monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Underwrite and structure commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cash flow modeling
* Participate in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through syndication markets or alternative routes using debt capital market techniques or ad-hoc structures based on debt investors' specific requirements
* Monitor deals in the book
* Maintain close contact with the CRE market and develop a clear understanding of real estate asset management strategies
* Interact with clients under the supervision of senior front officers during the execution phase of transactions
* Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and regulation obligations
* Participate in the origination of real estate advisory mandates
* Conduct risk analysis and understand all issues relevant for each transaction (context, aim, constraints related to the assets and/or the legal and tax environment)
* Perform financial analysis and modeling of considered projects
* Develop and maintain trusted client relationships

**Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
* Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-ranked business and/or engineering college
* Commercial real estate specialization is welcome
* At least 1-2 years' experience in structured finance in banks, insurers, and/or private equity funds

**Language Skills:**
* English: C2
* Italian and/or Spanish: B2

**Technical, Operational & Soft Skills:**
* Professional command of MS Office
* Understanding of the loan market, its dynamics, and related instruments, including credit and rates derivatives to propose relevant financing solutions
* Ability to generate pitch material that is clear, structured, compelling, and comprehensive in addressing clients' needs

**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
