About the Job:
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Front Office Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled individual who can train, cross-train, and retrain all front office personnel, ensuring they meet the high standards expected at our resort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workload during shifts, evaluating job performance, and verifying accurate room status information.
In addition, they will resolve guest problems efficiently and courteously, relay information to relevant personnel, and work within allocated budgets.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a university degree and be able to read, speak, write, and understand Italian and English.
A minimum of 2 years' experience supervising hotel reception, with knowledge of cash management, accounting procedures, and administrative tasks, is also required.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
