Role: Surgical Sales Specialist - A key position in our sales team, responsible for introducing and upselling our entire portfolio of products to key decision makers.

Responsibilities:
Conducting sales calls and meetings with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote our products.
Building strong relationships with existing clients and new ones to increase revenue and brand reputation.
Providing technical product support and surgical procedure support in surgery and ongoing customer service.
Staying up-to-date with market information to maximize market share and product acceptance.

What We Expect:
Ability to develop and execute a tactical sales plan.
Commercial experience in selling capital and consumables within the medical industry, specifically in surgical sales.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to build new business pipelines and upsell within existing clients.
Proven track record in exceeding forecasted sales targets.
