About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in achieving their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ESG strategies for clients across various industries
  • Conduct materiality assessments and integrate management systems to drive sustainability performance
  • Lead energy and climate transition projects, including policy analysis and scenario planning for decarbonization
  • Perform ESRS gap analysis and CSRD disclosure reporting
  • Coordinate project teams and tasks on ESG and climate-related topics
About You

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in sustainability and climate-energy transition. You should have:

  • Proven experience in consultancy and/or manufacturing/energy industry
  • Post-graduate study in sustainability matters and climate-energy transition (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (both oral and written), with a third language considered a plus
