About the Role
The candidate will support our customers to meet their sustainability targets and overcome their waste challenges.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Documentation
- Prepare, review, and update technical and administrative documentation necessary to obtain export authorizations for alternative fuels & raw materials to Holcim Group Plants abroad.
- Ensure Correct Registration
- Ensure the correct registration of flows of alternative fuels & raw materials through dedicated applications/platforms.
- Coordinate Logistics Operations
- Coordinate logistics operations and identify, depending on the specific circumstances, the best solutions for the material handling/transport while respecting cost, efficiency, quality, and time parameters.
Requirements
- Education
- University Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Environmental Science, Sustainable development, Engineering, Law, etc)
- Experience
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in similar positions or technical roles in the Environment Function
- Skills
- Previous experience in the export/logistics/waste sector, even if brief, is appreciated
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Knowledge of main IT tools; familiarity with specific management systems (e.g. SAP) is appreciated
- Fluency in Italian and English a must, French or German is a plus

Working Conditions
Aligned with the gained experience in the role/function.
Mobility within the Central Europe West cluster (Switzerland, Italy, Southern Germany and Haut-Rhin) maximum 30% of working time and depending on the respective work situation/project assignment.
