Job Title: System Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled System Test Engineer to join our Module Testing Team based in Val della Torre, Turin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating, executing, and documenting tests at System Integration level on HW and SW Module Project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products with high focus on robustness, reusability, serviceability, and maintainability.
  • Run intensive functional and non-functional testing, including performance, robustness, and other critical aspects.
  • Work closely with project managers and team members to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in test analysis, execution, and documentation at System Integration level.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in HW and SW areas.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to investigate failures and bugs, facilitating product development.
  • Open to new ideas and able to implement them, challenging the status quo and managing change effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in uncertain and changing environments.
  • Confident in promoting and asserting own ideas, with a willingness to listen and share information.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of testing practices and methods.
  • Experience with Win/Linux, basic SW programming (Python), and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of test automation and simulation tools.
  • Data analysis skills.
