About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Test Engineer to join our Module Testing Team at Inpeco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating, executing, and documenting tests at the System Integration level on HW and SW Module Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the robustness and reusability of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Design and execute intensive functional and non-functional testing, including performance, robustness, and reliability testing.
  • Work closely with project managers and team members to deliver best-in-class products that meet the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in formulating test analysis, executing, and documenting test procedures at the System Integration level.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in the HW and SW areas.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to investigate failures and bugs, and facilitate product development.
  • Able to think creatively and implement new ideas, challenging the status quo and managing change effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and adaptable, with a calm influence on others in stressful situations.
  • Able to promote and assert own ideas with confidence, and willing to share information.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of testing practices and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Win/Linux, basic SW programming (Python), and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of test automation/simulation tools.
  • Data analysis skills.
