About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Business Analyst to join our team at Campari Group. As a key member of our Investor Relations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the disclosure and communication of our financial results and extraordinary events to the financial community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Relations:
  • Support the Investor Relations team in building content and messaging for our financial results on a quarterly basis, including preparing financials for investor presentations and press releases.
  • Support the financial disclosure process and communication to the financial community, including quarterly results.
  • Manage and supervise the development and update of Investor Relations databases and tools for both external and internal communication.
  • Develop and regularly update internal financial analysis and models.
  • Supervise the shareholder base evolution and disclosure on governance-related matters.
  • Act as a key counterpart for internal teams, coordinating with the Investor Relations team.
  • Provide insights into analyst expectations to inform strategic decisions.
Key Relationships

Internal: Group finance departments, Corporate Communications, ESG team, Legal and Public Affairs.

External: Investors, Analysts, Auditors, Stock Exchanges, Market Regulators.

Requirements
  • Degree in Economics with a major in Financial Markets/Statistics.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Investor Relations professional, preferably at a beverage or consumer goods company.
Skills
  • Professional Competencies:
  • Strong mastery of Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Able to summarize and highlight key findings.
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Bloomberg is a plus.
