Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for providing data and statistics to support existing and potential products, systems, and/or services strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation, development, and maintenance of region statistics (costs, sales, prices, orders, etc.) through big data tools like PowerBI.
- Support sales with statistics and scorecard tracking and provide computing expertise to the organization.
- Showcase your expertise by working with the team on new development dashboards.
- Construct and fit statistical, machine learning, or optimization models and develop appropriate advanced statistical methods.
- Design database systems.
- Ensure high-quality analysis and extract data from sales/financial tools to support KPI tracking.
- Assist in the development of statistical analysis tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions.
- Support regional teams in the best use of tracking system and monitoring ongoing data quality.
- Suggest improvements concerning statistics creation and maintenance.
- Document, review, and update all documents on tools and database setup.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerBI - DAX, and Power Query.
- R and Phyton are a plus.
- Passionate about data management and structures.
- Knowledge of costs and profitability KPIs is preferred.
- Enjoy working in a team and have a good interpersonal attitude.
- Goal-oriented, precise in following procedures, and have a problem-solving attitude.
- At ease communicating in both Italian and English languages.
