Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Configuration Engineer to join our Engineering Directorate – CaDM & Program Security Department. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Act as a focal point for Configuration and Data Management within the Launchers Exploitation family.
• Support the definition and maintenance of project CM Processes and tools.
• Contribute to project CADM plans and monitor CM performance.
• Manage configuration evolution, baselines verification, and as-built control.
• Organize Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) for the disposition of configuration change requests/proposals.
• Notify CCB members and experts/specialists for evaluation of change requests/proposals.
• Communicate outcome of CCB to parties involved.
• Upload customer/supplier change requests/proposals into the Change Manager System.
• Evaluate Supplier Product Configuration Waiver and support PA Managers.
• Control and manage the evolution of Project Baseline Requirements.
• Set up and coordinate Project Reviews to ensure availability of Data package.
• Support implementation and maintenance of adequate configuration control methods and procedures.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, several years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in MS Office packages, MS Project, Dassault ENOVIA, IBM DOORS, and NEXT. Fluency in English is mandatory, and French knowledge is an advantage.
