Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Jo Malone London in Fidenza. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

You will work closely with our dynamic team to achieve customer service and sales targets, while maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising. Previous retail industry experience, preferably within beauty, is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
