Fragrance Specialist @ Jo Malone London

As a Fragrance Specialist at Jo Malone London, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to achieve targets. With a passion for people and products, you will create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for customers.

You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty, is desirable
  • Ability to work with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry experience
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
