About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at EF Education First. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the main contact for future and existing students, from the moment they enquire until they have completed their course.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents through phone, in-person, and online interactions
  • Represent EF at fairs, events, and info meetings to promote our language programs
  • Prepare and execute events and meetings for students and their parents
  • Screen and coach potential candidates for our language programs
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Full fluency in Italian and English, both oral and written
