**Job Overview:** Serco Group Plc is a leading provider of public services, operating internationally across five sectors and four geographies. We are seeking a highly skilled **Financial Analyst** to join our team in Italy.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial models, costs, price, and detailed scenario analysis to influence business strategy decisions within bids.
  • Provide expert modelling as required throughout the business, supporting customer negotiations, operating forecasts, and bid governance processes.
  • Maintain expertise in financial reporting requirements, considering accounting treatments under IFRS and liaising with Group Finance as needed.

 

Requirements
  • Strong intellect and relevant professional financial qualification or equivalent combination of alternative qualifications and financial experience.
  • Ability to interpret financial information to aid decision-making and capacity to handle demanding workloads.
  • Thoroughness, attention to detail, and steadiness under pressure, with energy, tenacity, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in effective working in bid teams and financial reporting expertise, with understanding of insurance, employment law, and innovative thinking.
