About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Officer to join our team at the Human Technopole Foundation. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the budgetary, cost accounting, and reporting activities for our National Facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Actively participate in the process of budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
  • Cost Accounting: Support the cost accounting activities and internal invoice process, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze deviations from the budget and propose corrective actions, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Accounting-Management Model: Collaborate in updating the accounting-management model of the Foundation, ensuring it accurately reflects the needs of the organization.
  • Financial Statements: Participate in the annual financial statements closing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree in Economics or Management Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Office suite, good command of English, and working knowledge of planning and control processes.
Preferred Requirements
  • Working Knowledge: Working knowledge of management reporting processes, accounting processes and principles, and SAP (FI, CO, and FM modules).
  • Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with Reporting and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Industry Experience: Working experience in non-profit institutions, research institutes, or medium-large companies.
