**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of administrative processes and ensuring the correct functioning of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide analytical support to the Finance Business Partner, analyzing financial and operational data to inform business decisions.
- Review and prepare budget guidelines for assigned hotels, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Participate in the preparation of forecasts for operational departments, working closely with Hotel Managers to ensure accurate projections.
- Monitor and report on budget deviations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Support the head of department in the preparation of projections, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Education**: Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- **Language**: Very good English, with knowledge of a second foreign language a plus.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or finance industry.
