Job Summary:

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development and qualification of tertiary packaging projects, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement packaging solutions that meet sustainability guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute packaging development plans.
  • Analyze and validate packaging technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate packaging milestones and risks to stakeholders.
  • Initiate safety assessments and generate packaging documentation for product releases.
  • Contribute to innovation and consumer understanding by identifying new ideas and opportunities.
  • Lead transversal teams on simplification and innovation projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in R&D or Engineering Packaging.
  • Strong skills in people and project management.
  • Good relational and organizational skills, proactivity, and flexibility in problem-solving.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
