Your Role:

As a JumpStart Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by meeting their strategic insights needs. Your primary focus will be on supporting client projects, providing initial training and onboarding, and proactively contacting clients to ensure they're getting the most out of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial client training and onboarding on the Toluna Start platform
  • Proactive client contact and training on new solutions and enhancements
  • Reviewing client programming to ensure best practices are met
  • Project management, including feasibility reviews, communication with clients and technical teams, and data quality monitoring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a relevant university or school
  • Strong command of English and local language, both written and verbal
  • Experience with quantitative research methods or client-facing roles, project management, panel provider, or market research platforms
