Job Title: CEO Assistant with Japanese Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled CEO Assistant with Japanese language skills to join our team at Jac Recruitment (UK) Ltd.

**Job Summary:**
As a CEO Assistant with Japanese language skills, you will provide administrative support to our CEO, including translation of presentations and documents, research and report creation, and various other tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Translation of presentations and documents
* Research and report creation
* Creation of presentation materials for staff meetings and regular presentations to headquarters
* Various support for the CEO including interpretation, scheduling, drafting messages, and liaising with technicians
* Preparation of monthly sales reports at the beginning of each month
* Reviewing activity reports of business travelers
* Issuing and sending invoices
* Handling various customer and agent interactions
* Managing social media
* Uploading news to the website

**Requirements:**
* Fluency in Japanese
* Business level in Italian and English
* PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
* Valid visa to work in Italy
* Experience as a PA or sales support (preferred)
