The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general secretarial and administrative support, being the main point of contact for staff members and clients, and ensuring smooth communication at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general secretarial and administrative support
  • Being the main point of contact for staff members and clients
  • Ensuring all materials are accurate and documented efficiently and correctly on the database
  • Maintaining and updating all project files and project documents

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a solid administration background, be self-motivated, dynamic, and able to take initiative. You will be a fluent Italian and English speaker, with previous experience as an administrator, administration executive, administration coordinator, or administrative assistant. You will have strong prioritisation and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional communication, organisational, and time management skills.
