About the Job
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Executive Office team at Mandarin Oriental, Milan. As part of our day-to-day operations, you will assist in handling various tasks and projects under the supervision of the General Manager.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for organizing schedules, meeting requests, and handling incoming calls and messages for the General Manager. Additionally, you will meet and greet guests as designated, assist with hotel operations when required, and take on projects assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must speak fluent Italian and English, with additional languages being a plus. A positive attitude, flexibility with shifts and tasks, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. You should also have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintain confidentiality.
