About the Role

The Junior Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Corporate Management, ensuring the efficient organization and operation of the company. This role is based in Milano, Italy, and requires a proactive and passionate individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional organizational skills and project management to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Utilize CRM software effectively to manage customer relationships and data
  • Develop strong communication and leadership skills to interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Assist with internal communication, time management, and event planning
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (Zoho or others)
  • High school diploma or degree
  • Able to organize trips, meetings, agenda, and small events for employees
  • Proficient in writing meeting minutes and account profiling
  • Market analysis and presentations skills
