About the Role:

We are looking for a junior profile, proactive, and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Management Team & Sales Coordinator. This role will report directly to the Corporate Management, maximizing efficiency and overall organization of the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • High school diploma or degree
  • Knowledge of CRM (Zoho or others) and Outlook
  • Organize trips, meetings, agenda, and small events for the employees
  • Write meeting minutes
  • Account profiling and follow-up
  • Market analysis and presentations
