Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve retail operations at a global level.
  • Streamline operations and enhance productivity by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Support the Global Retail Operations team by developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from key stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure costs are controlled and within approved limits.
  • Develop business cases to capture the reasoning for proposing projects and investments.

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • At least 3 years' experience working in retail or in consultancy.
  • Strong analytical background and proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to details, good organisational skills, and proactivity and problem-solving attitude.
