Fler is a pioneering startup dedicated to revolutionizing the global shaving and body-care industry. As a key player in this dynamic market, we're seeking an exceptional Global Retail Account Manager to spearhead our retail expansion efforts.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in key account management, trade marketing, or related activities preferably within the beauty industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in key account management, trade marketing, or related activities;
  • Extensive knowledge of the retail life-cycle and an understanding of retail language, calendars, and seasonal promotions;
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and analyze sales data effectively;
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics market;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners;
  • Clear and effective communication skills: you mean what you say and say what you mean;
  • An advocate and ambassador for Fler's core values;

**Job Responsibilities:**

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in identifying and pitching our brand to new retail partnerships, overseeing the integration and onboarding processes, and ensuring seamless execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and building strong relationships with key retail accounts;
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand retail presence;
  • Leading the integration and onboarding of new retail partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication to streamline trade marketing and promotional activities;
  • Providing monthly reports and insights on retail performance, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and sales forecasts;
  • Conducting in-store visits to assess product placements and train sales teams;
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance Fler's retail and distribution strategies globally;
  • Overseeing export operations, managing international orders, and optimizing export processes;
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure strategy delivery.

**Salary:** We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses based on individual performance.
