Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Global Selling. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships with sellers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new sellers, assisting them to drive sales generated from selling on Amazon to meet individual and team targets.
  • Qualify and manage a pipeline of prospective sellers, engaging with them to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide support in scaling our Global Selling outreach and bringing unique selection to all Amazon platforms.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A BA/BS degree and 3 years of successful sales or account management experience in the eCommerce, B2B sales, online services, or retail industries.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
