Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Italian Hospitality Collection.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our corporate management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Your primary focus will be on maximizing efficiency and organization, while maintaining excellent internal communication and time management skills.

You will be working closely with our corporate team, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks and projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, project management experience, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to corporate management
  • Ensure efficient office operations
  • Maintain excellent internal communication and time management skills
  • Work closely with the corporate team to provide administrative assistance
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • High school diploma or degree
  • Knowledge of CRM Zoho or others, and Outlook
