Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support to our senior business leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings with internal associates and external contacts.
- Proactively manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
- Provide general correspondence, reports, and presentations to senior business leaders.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in an international investment company.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work productively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
