Job Overview

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Milano, IHC Head Office, located in Via Cornalia 32. This role will work closely with the Management Team to maximize efficiency and overall organization of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize trips, meetings, agendas, and small events for employees
  • Write meeting minutes for Directors and manage their agendas
  • Market analysis and presentations
  • Administer administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or degree
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge: Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills, project management, diplomacy, leadership
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between €28,000 - €31,500. We also offer ticket restaurants of €7 per day.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a junior-middle profile candidate who is proactive and passionate. The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, previous experience as Leisure Specialist, PA, Secretary, or Office Manager. They should be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to the importance of the philosophy of Italian Hospitality Collection.
