Administrative Support Professional for Warranty Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team as a Warranty Process Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing warranty processes for our Aircon product portfolio, providing essential administrative support to our Sales and Service network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Return Management: Assist in coordinating and resolving technical return issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints.
- OEM Procedures Management: Collaborate with our Pre-Sales, Service & Academy Team to implement and maintain OEM procedures, guaranteeing compliance and quality standards.
- Service Centers Update: Oversee updates to our Service Centers list, map, DURC, and F-GAS declaration checking, training service providers on these processes.
- Tool Backup and Support: Provide backup for our tool, ensuring seamless coverage for our Service network.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a High School Diploma or Degree with an Administrative or Economic background. Proficiency in Windows Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is also essential. Good problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities are crucial for effective collaboration within our team.
Compensation: Our competitive salary package includes an estimated monthly compensation of $2,400 USD, reflecting the demands of this position and the requirements of the market.
