About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Officer to join our team in Central Milan. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the general operations and facilities of our Milan office.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of office systems, including basic bookkeeping and administration tasks;
- Proactive and ongoing communication with suppliers, providing updates and support;
- Organizing office equipment and supplies, as well as managing trips and bookings;
- Basic HR duties, including managing holidays and absences of employees through the company's software;
- Coordinating company events and supporting the team at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and oral);
- Strong coordination and organizational skills;
- Basic bookkeeping experience and numeracy skills;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
- Ability to work with a team and possess hands-on approach;
- Motivated and self-starter with initiative;
- Ongoing verbal and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in managing varied and changing workload;
- Proven ability to multitask and complete administrative projects.
About You
As a Corporate Administrative Officer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the financial team and report directly to the CFO. If you have the relevant experience and qualifications, please send your CV in English as soon as possible.

Salary Information
The salary for this role is between €23,000 - €29,000 per month.
